Shipping & Returns
STANDARD SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All orders made
in Floversary Sdn. Bhd. Online Store will be couriered via standard
shipping service upon order payment confirmation. As for the moment we
only provide shipping service to all states in Malaysia area. Orders will
only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not
accepted.
Orders are shipped on
business days only (Monday-Friday before 12pm,
excluding Malaysia Public Holidays). Orders made after 12pm will
be processed on next business day. Our delivery take within 1-3 business
days for West Malaysia with exceptions of additional working days during
promotion/holiday period. COVID-19 Nov20 update: Shipment might expect
delays for CMCO and TMCO impacted areas especially East Malaysia
Once your orders have
been picked up by our assigned courier partners, you will
receive tracking number in the shipment confirmation email. Shipping
tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24
hours, as the item has only just been shipped.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping charge of RM15.00
for every single order applied to West Malaysia.
Free shipping is provided if the order (after
discount, if applicable) is RM200 and above.
SELF-COLLECTION
We do not provide you
with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
DELIVERY FAILURE
Please note that you
will have a sign for your order. If you are not available to receive the order,
please call the assigned courier partner and provide your tracking number to
arrange for a redelivery. If our partners are unable to reach you after
multiple attempts, your package will be returned to Floversary Sdn. Bhd. Online
Store. Should you face any problems, please contact our Customer Service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We regret that we do
not ship outside of Malaysia at this time for orders placed at Floversary Sdn.
Bhd. Online Store. If you wish to ship an order internationally, please contact
our Customer Service.
RETURNS
If you are completely
not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong
item/type/shade/etc) you can send it back to us. Returns must be made
within 14 days from date of purchase, damage items must be return together with
original box. Customer would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back
to use during return process. *Item bought during promotion are not
accepted for return and exchange.
For product return,
kindly email your inquiry to sales@floversary.com with subject “Return Item”.
We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your
inquiry to be processed. To make the process run smoothly and faster, do
email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter &
condition. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from date we receive your
return package to you.
